April 30 - May 1, 2007 |

CO-Focus is timely. Ramifications of the Transparent Drug System for Patients Act are now being felt across Ontario and community pharmacies are adapting their business models in the reoriented business environment. There is little doubt that the Ontario pharmaceutical and reimbursement policy reforms have the potential to reshape the community pharmacy climates across other provinces, so CO-Focus will be national in scope, featuring speakers from across Canada. CO-Focus 2007 will separate fact from fiction, and foster meaningful dialogue, rather than rhetoric. Speakers include senior provincial drug plan managers, private drug plan stakeholders and pharmacy, and a provocative, informed panel discussion. Rick Mercer will be on hand to help us laugh a little during these challenging times. CO-Focus 2007 is the ideal forum for the exchange of concepts and strategies that will advance the dialogue among stakeholders involved in both the profession and business of pharmacy. It will also begin to identify the range of opportunities which if properly implemented, will reinforce the vital role of pharmacy in primary care delivery and seamless medication management, leading to optimal patient care. I look forward to seeing you at the Park Hyatt Hotel in Toronto on the evening of April 30th and all day on May 1st. Together, we will make CO-Focus THE can’t miss event of the year. | |||||||
